Translation

You are welcome, great Mary,
Noble virgin, help us (?) (...).
Mother of Jesus, star of the sea,
Protector of the poor, you are our soul friend.

You took back the flower that fell
(...).
It was you who raised the lamb who redeemed(?) us
With us now and at the hour of our death.

Give us God's peace,
Open the locks that bind me.
A morsel for the pauper, sight for the blind man,
Loving mother of the king of elements.

Seat(?) of the virtues whose law is highest (?),
Seat(?) of learning and humility(?).
Free us all through your Son's distinction (?),
From evil, from terror(?) and from anger(?).

Star of the morning and high queen(?),
Guard us against the pit(?) of pains.
(...) under your protection (?) (...)
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
